The digitization of museum objects at the Kamianske City History Museum is ongoing and has attracted the attention of local media. The process was featured in a report by the Municipal Information Service — Mis TV.
Photographer Oleh Tkachev, who is participating in the project, shared his impressions of working with museum artifacts. He emphasized that digitization is more than photography — it is an opportunity to preserve cultural heritage in digital form and convey the uniqueness of each object through light, color, and composition.
According to the photographer, the resulting images will allow audiences to view museum objects from a new perspective and spark greater interest in the history of Kamianske.
The project team expresses gratitude to Mis TV for highlighting the importance of preserving cultural heritage and covering the digitization process.
The work is carried out as part of the Mobile Digital Laboratory (MOCEL) project of the Agency for Cultural Resilience, implemented with the support of international partners — Cultural Emergency Response, ALIPH Foundation, and the Nationaal Archief of the Netherlands.
