A mobile photo studio has been delivered to the Dnipro Art Museum, where the team has already begun digitizing the most valuable works from the collection.

The museum building sustained significant damage as a result of shelling; however, all exhibits were preserved. The museum staff is now working to safeguard Ukraine’s cultural heritage by creating high-quality digital copies of the artworks.

The Dnipro Art Museum’s collection includes approximately 8,500 works of painting, sculpture, graphics, and decorative and applied arts dating from the 16th to the 21st centuries. A special place in the collection is held by works of renowned masters of Petrykivka decorative painting.

During the first visit, specialists shared best practices for working with professional photographic equipment and continue to provide consultations throughout the digitization process. Each artwork requires a careful and individual approach to ensure its digital version accurately reflects the original.

The team expressed gratitude to the Dnipro Art Museum staff for their dedication and important work in preserving cultural heritage.
